Wave Technologies Acquires Sair, Inc., Strengthening Its Position as the Forefront of the Linux Training Marketplace

Wave Technologies International, Inc., a global leader in information technologies certification training and development, announced today that it has acquired Sair, Inc., a leading provider of Linux training materials and certification. The acquisition is expected to strengthen Wave's position as the forefront of the Linux training marketplace. Under the agreement, Wave will continue to operate Sair as a separate subsidiary, promoting and marketing Linux training and certification programs. The combined organizations will pursue four major strategic initiatives consisting of OEM sales of training materials, certification exams, boot camp programs, and publishing and distribution. Wave's commitment to certification training, specifically Linux certification, is strengthened by this acquisition.
