Red Hat will be participating in LinuxFest 2000, a major technology event that will demonstrate the power of Linux and Open Source Software for IT and business owners across the US.
The event will feature over 60,000 square feet of trade show display space and a four day seminar track. Red Hat will be showcasing its award-winning Red Hat Linux operating system and embedded tools, as well as demonstrating the capabilities of the Red Hat Linux Update Agent. The event will also focus on customizing solutions for customers by working with top names in the technology industry. Recent spectacular IPOs by Red Hat and other companies have taken the stock market by storm, and major well-known companies like IBM, Compaq, Informix, and Oracle have committed to Linux. Linux powers much of the World Wide Web, making it a widely used and important technology.
