Lineo Inc. and Coresoft Technologies Announce Agreement for Linux-based Computer Telephony Solution

Lineo Inc., a leading developer of embedded Linux system software, has announced an agreement with Coresoft Technologies to deliver a Linux-based computer telephony solution. The joint effort will provide the OEM market with critical telephony enabled solutions sought by developers building devices across a wide spectrum. Embedded CenterPoint, a new product from Coresoft, will use Lineo's Embedix Linux operating system as its software engine for embedded Linux telephony products. This partnership is expected to begin shipping next quarter and will be available through the Lineo Embedix ISV program.
