CompuMetric Labs Releases LinXprint Test Suite for Linux Printing

CompuMetric Labs, Inc. has released LinXprint, a test suite designed to evaluate printer compatibility and functionality when printing from Linux client applications. The suite consists of over one-hundred files created from all available Linux office productivity applications, as well as some specialty programs. It also provides a complete set of intermediate files for automated testing and includes hard copy output samples printed on reference printers. CompuMetric Labs is committed to providing timely additions to the suite as new and updated applications emerge. Annual LinXprint subscriptions are offered to printer technology developers and other organizations, or testing services can be outsourced. CompuMetric Labs is a member of the open-source community participating in the development of Linux printing solutions.
