Knox Software and SuSE Inc. Expand Strategic Partnership in North America

Knox Software and SuSE Inc., a leading Linux business application distributor, have agreed to pursue joint sales, marketing, and product development activities in North America. As a result of the expanded strategic partnership, SuSE has been authorized as an Arkeia reseller in North America and will distribute a personal shareware version and a 30-day evaluation of the professional version of Arkeia 4.2 as part of the SuSE Linux 6.4 distribution. The two companies will also cooperate on compatibility and benchmark testing of SuSE Linux and Arkeia together with the hardware and software offerings of other vendors. This partnership is expected to help grow awareness of the quality and strength of SuSE Linux in North America among enterprise IT customers.
