Sair Linux Certified Engineer (LCE) Level Series Announced by John Wiley & Sons

Sair, Inc., a leading Linux certification provider, announced that John Wiley & Sons, Inc. will publish a second series of test preparation guides for the Sair Linux and GNU Certification program. The new series will cover the LCE level, which is one of three levels in the program. The program covers a total of three levels, including LCA - Level I; LCE - Level II; and Master LCE - Level III. The program establishes an industry-wide standard by certifying its graduates in all distributions of Linux. The tri-level structure of Sair Linux and GNU Certification forms a three-dimensional knowledge matrix which, upon completion, uniquely prepares IT professionals to tackle a wide range of system administration needs and to service and support a variety of distributions. The new series will be released in 2001, following on the heels of a previous series that covers the LCA level. Sair Linux and GNU Certification exams are available worldwide through Thomson Prometric's 2400 testing centers. Sair training materials are available globally through Sair Accredited Centers for Education (ACEs).
