Appgen Business Software, Inc. Launches Professional Services Group

Appgen Business Software, Inc. has formed a full-fledged Professional Services Group to offer professional consultation, programming, database conversions, and other hands-on services directly to Appgen VARs who may want to expand their own service capabilities or expedite their own customer service. The group will also offer online end-user demos for the manufacturer's VARs. The Professional Services Group is led by Patricia-Ann Tankel, who has been immersed in every aspect of Appgen software since she was first employed in the company's Applications Development Department in 1987. The group will offer a range of services to help VARs and business end-users get the most out of Appgen's technology.
