Lineo Names Bob Waldie as Chief Operations Officer

Lineo, Inc. has named Bob Waldie as Chief Operations Officer. Waldie comes to Lineo from Moreton Bay, a company acquired by Lineo in May. Waldie will be responsible for many of Lineo's day-to-day operations and will help the company continue as a leader in the embedded market. The integration process of the acquired companies continues, with employees being utilized in positions where their skills and talents can be maximized. Lineo is a provider of Linux-based embedded systems, real-time and high availability solutions that include software, hardware designs and professional services. The company's key product lines include Embedix, uClinux, NETtel, and High Availability Cluster.
