NTT Communications Adopts TurboLinux Server 6.1 as Platform for Information Service Systems

NTT Communications Corporation has adopted TurboLinux Server 6.1 as its platform for information service systems. The Linux all-in-one server, which includes TurboLinux Server 6.1 and Oracle8i bundled on Compaq's ProLiant Server, will be used for mail server, web server, workstation, application hosting and e-business use. NTT Communications Corp. will also be a distributor of the Linux all-in-one server. OMRON ALPHATEC Corporation provides support for the Linux all-in-one server.
