TeraEDGE Linux: Revolutionizing Content Delivery with Patented Technologies

Entera is previewing the beta version of TeraEDGE Linux, a commercial content delivery server on the Linux OS platform. The server uses special patented technologies to intelligently cache proxy streaming media and static content, resulting in improved viewing experience and reduced bandwidth costs for end-users. The preview program ends November 13, 2000 and TeraEDGE is tested on Linux Red Hat 6.2. The protocols used are RealNetworks RTSP/RDT, RTSP/RTP, and HTTP.
