Bull S.A. and Penguin Computing Inc. Announce Cooperation on Linux Solutions

Bull S.A. and Penguin Computing Inc. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to pursue cooperative efforts in the provision and support of Linux solutions worldwide.

The cooperation will strengthen the Linux business strategy of both companies and constitute an important element in the execution of Bull's overall secure e-business strategy. Initially, cooperative efforts will focus on Bull's service, support and provision of Penguin Computing solutions in Europe. Bull and Penguin Computing also plan to collaborate on manufacturing and logistics of Linux-based solutions.
