Prelude INSPECTION Version 6: Simplifying User Tasks with Open CASCADE

Prelude INSPECTION Version 6 is a new software product that simplifies user tasks, ensures universal interconnectivity with the new Renishaw CMM controller, and uses Open CASCADE algorithms for quality control of freeform parts. The software optimizes part inspection and brings productivity gains of up to 40%. It has an intuitive interface based on Windows model and increased openness to part data from leading CAD/CAM systems. Flore Lantheaume, a Prelude INSPECTION developer, contributed improvements to the Open CASCADE Core Team. The stable version 3.1 of Open CASCADE runs on Linux Mandrake and Red Hat, Windows and Sun Solaris platforms.
