Mandrakesoft Acquires Edge-IT: Expanding Corporate Business in the Linux Market

Mandrakesoft has acquired all outstanding shares of Edge-IT, a provider of support and services in the Linux market. The acquisition is expected to be accretive to earnings within a semester and will allow Mandrakesoft to grow more aggressively its corporate business. Edge-IT customers will continue to receive high quality services from the company now backed by a worldwide Linux editor.
