HP introduces economical and innovative desktop solution for education market

HP has introduced a new desktop solution, the HP 441, which consists of four keyboard-mouse-screens running on one computer. The solution is specifically targeted for the education market and comes pre-installed with Mandrakelinux operating system, productivity applications, educational software, and a custom graphical user interface. The 441 can be used by 4 students at the same time, saving 50% of acquisition costs and 65% of maintenance costs. The HP 441 computer is available in several developing countries.
