ICS Acquires Centerline Development Systems, Inc. and Plans to Migrate to Linux

Integrated Computer Solutions (ICS) has acquired Centerline Development Systems, Inc., a technology leader in C/C++ software development tools for UNIX workstations. The acquisition provides assurance of high quality service continuity and access to product enhancements while expanding ICS' product offering to include software testing and development environments. ICS plans to make the Centerline products available on the Linux platform, providing a path to Linux for Centerline customers. Centerline's founder and former president, Sesha Pratap, will be joining ICS' board of directors. The acquisition is expected to revitalize the Centerline product line and provide new opportunities for ICS in the open source software ecosystem.
