FSCONS: The First Ever Conference for Free Software in Scandinavia

The first ever conference for Free Software in the Scandinavian region, FSCONS, will take place in Gothenburg, Sweden on December 7th and 8th, 2007. Top-notch programmers, hackers, lawyers, government representatives, and companies such as Erik Josefsson (EFF), Georg Greve (FSFE), Trolltech, OpenMoko, Imendio, Red Hat and more will be present on the program. The conference aims to inspire people to think about Free Software as something they should consider developing, using, releasing or supporting, while reminding them of their basic freedoms. The venue for the conference is the IT University in Gothenburg and the number of participants is limited to around 200. For more information and registration please visit fscons.org.
